STEP 1
Melt the chocolate in pieces over a very low heat with the cottage cheese, stirring frequently. When the chocolate has melted, let stand for 5 minutes and add 4 egg yolks and pour into a large bowl. Add a ladleful of egg whites - stir well with a marquise, repeat the operation then add the remaining eggs gently, stirring until the texture is uniform. Pour into 6 cups or glasses and chill for at least 3 hours
STEP 2
Add the chocolate powder (it gives a darker color).
STEP 3
Whip the egg whites until stiff, adding the Xylitol and vanilla before the end.
